Gateco Avenir
This multifamily project, in collaboration with our ongoing partner Holland Construction, included a full concrete package of foundations, flatwork, and paving. Situated in the heart of downtown St. Louis, this project is distinguished by its elegance, attention to detail, and enhanced amenities. The concrete scope also encompassed a beautifully stamped pool deck and plaza.
